CFAR therapists provide evidenced based trauma services to those directly impacted by gun violence who present with PTSD symptoms. These services include Prolonged Exposure for adults and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children. Clients participating in this evidenced based trauma service have an average of 15 sessions and must meet eligibility criteria in order to receive this type of therapy.
Staff Training/Group Supervision

Training could involve clinical supervision to provide support to help address secondary traumatic stress that may be experienced after working with others who have experienced significant trauma.
