Center for Families and Relationships (CFAR) is providing Emotional Education Workshops at a few selected* Philadelphia Parks and Rec Summer Camps in 2023 and 2024. These workshops aim to help the children manage emotions, communicate better, worry less, and build healthy relationships. This will help them become stronger on the inside and help them face hard situations.

Trained counselors that specialize in working with children and families use art, music, play, and other activities for weekly workshops over the summer. Some of the themes are: I’m My Own Superhero; Behaviors on Film; Express Yourself; My Point of View; Find & Learn; and Cope & Create.
