At Center For Families And Relationships, the well-being of our clients is very important, and we want to make sure that our clients continue receiving services without interruption. To avoid any disruptions to care, clients should take a moment to make sure that your health insurance coverage is active and not approaching expiration. If you have Medicaid, we encourage you to regularly check your COMPASS account and mail for important notices about renewals, eligibility updates, or required documents. Please also make sure your correct mailing address is on file.

If you need assistance with any of this, you can work with PHAN (Pennsylvania Health Access Network.) PHAN helps individuals and families understand their health insurance options, complete renewals, maintain coverage, and resolve insurance-related issues. PHAN offers FREE assistance with: Medicaid and CHIP renewals, Health insurance applications and enrollment, Understanding coverage options, Troubleshooting insurance issues, and Preventing lapses in coverage.

To make it even easier for our clients, PHAN will be available onsite at CFAR (7901 Bustleton) every other Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. STARTING DAY: Wednesday June 3rd, 2026
